Rates are based on daily or weekly rental in US Funds.  Add St. Croix 12% Service Fee and Virgin Islands Hotel Tax of 8% to the rate. A deposit of 25% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation Balance required upon completion of stay.

The deposit is refunded if re-rented, less 5% administrative costs.
